The mine hoist is an important equipment in the production process of coal mines and non-ferrous metal ores. The reliable operation of the elevator is directly related to the company's production environment and economic benefits. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional AC-wound motor series resistance speed regulation system, variable frequency speed regulation technology is used to transform the elevator, which can achieve constant torque control within the full frequency range. The hydro-mechanical braking needs to be preserved, and the hydro-mechanical braking and the braking of the frequency converter should be combined during the design process. The load characteristics of the hoist are constant torque potential energy loads and the starting torque is relatively large, so there should be an appropriate margin when selecting a frequency converter. Since the hoist motor is in an electric state most of the time, regenerative energy is generated only in a small amount of time. The inverter is connected to a braking unit and a braking resistor, which can meet the regenerative braking of the heavy vehicle when it goes down and achieve a smooth downward movement. The hydraulic mechanical brake is controlled by the original control system and the frequency converter at the same time. Whether the mechanical brake is braked is controlled by the frequency arrival port of the frequency converter. When starting, the output frequency of the frequency converter reaches the set value. After the elevator is modified with variable frequency speed regulation, the working process of the system has not changed much.
